Dry Wall Partition System

Dry wall partition system is a method of creating false partition using gypsum boards / cement boards etc to metal structure so as to provide a smooth wall where additional decorations can be applied.

The system includes Studs, Runners, Gypsum Boards / Cement Boards apart from the normal accessories like joint compound fillers, screws, nails etc.

The Stud upright sections are placed into the Track connecting sections fastened to the floor and ceiling. The wall covering is fitted to both sides and is made up of gypsum / cement board panels (regular type).

In the F30 version of the product, we use the F-type gypsum board panels to DIN 18180. The insulating material insert depends on the stipulations with respect to fire protection and soundproofing requirements.

The lightweight partition walls SD.1 to SD.6 permit custom planning to suit individual needs and ensure an optimum usage of the room space.

Versions SD.2, SD.4 and SD.6 can be used for an increase protection against fire required up to products of class F30.

For additional protection against fire risks, we can provide you with the technical details of products up to class F60, F90 and F120. Power and water supply systems can be installed in the wall cavity without any difficulties.
