Health and Safety

Safety is our highest priority, and essential if we are to meet our ambition of building a high-performing team. Improving safety, and specifically preventing fatalities, is a key focus for everyone across the company.

SPECTA DECOR also wants its people to be healthy and committed to our success, and to be able to work with integrity, knowing that diversity is valued and that every individual is respected and able to develop their potential.

OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY

Safety is our highest priority and figures at the heart of our organization. Safety is non-negotiable in our mission to curate and keep a high-performing team. We are constantly improving our safety mechanisms, to ensure a conducive working environment for all our employees. Our safety standards and performance exceed the industry average, a badge of honor for the company and each of our employees.

Working safely is a matter of choice– one that we make every time we act and at every level of the company. It takes courage and consistent efforts to ensure we convert our promise into action. Every individual at Specta Decor – every employee, temporary worker, and contractor – has the responsibility to lead, empower, and engage one another to make sure we reach home safely and happily every day.
